Dr. Nick attended Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine and completed a three-year, full-time, hospital-based residency and fellowship specializing in dental implantology and implant restorations. He’s an educator in general practice and oral surgery and holds recognition from both the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, where he is an Associate Fellow, and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, where he holds Fellowship status.
Dr. Elliot Koschitzki

Dr. Elliot earned his dental degree near the top of his class at New York University College of Dentistry. His clinical foundation includes a three-year advanced residency in dental implantology and implant restorations at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he later served as Chief Resident.
As a Diplomate and Board-Certified Oral Implantologist through the American Board of Oral Implantology, he also holds an Associate Fellowship in the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists. He contributes to the profession through lectures on guided surgery and implantology and has authored peer-reviewed research published across multiple medical and dental journals. He also holds New York State certification in dental anesthesia and sedation.

For patients with concerns about surgical comfort, we have a board-certified MD anesthesiologist on staff. Our anesthesiologist oversees sedation dentistry for appropriate cases, including IV sedation and general anesthesia.

We use cone beam CT scanning and guided surgery technology to map your nerve pathways, anatomy and bone structure before the procedure begins. Planning implant placement can reduce tissue disruption and support a more comfortable recovery.

We can help you fix missing teeth through dental implants. From a single tooth or multiple teeth to a full arch, our dental implant dentists handle a range of complex cases. If a previous evaluation indicated that bone volume limits traditional implant options, zygomatic implants may offer a path forward.
Dr. Nick and Dr. Elliot are among the few doctors on Long Island who are sufficiently trained to place zygomatic implants, which is why we perform revision surgery.
Aesthetics
Cosmetic dentistry can help you feel more at ease with your smile. Our aesthetic services include porcelain veneers, professional teeth whitening, clear aligner treatment, CEREC crowns and bridges and full mouth reconstruction.
